This is so great to hear that we are putting someone who has experience and can relate to those with a disability as the director of the HHS Office on Disability. The good thing is that he is excited to work alongside our new president. I feel that he is ready to take on this task and that he will fight for what is right and not something that others think will work. It seems like he knows what to do and he will perform at a high level such as those he has been appointed in the past. Everything is going to have to go through him before anything is implemented, he knows what he is talking about and its about time someone up there in the government area knows what there are doing. I can't wait to see how much that office grows and how much it will be able to get done.

The fact that Henry Claypool has twenty five years of experience implementing policies in the federal, state and local levels says a lot about his capabilities. He sounds like a great match for the position and the fact that he has a disability himself makes me think that he will have a lot of comprehension on the different aspects that a person goes through and needs when they have a disability. It is very exciting to see what the future will bring.

I am so happy to hear about this. He has lots of experience working on disability issues and having a disability himself he is just perfect to be the director of the office of disability. All of his life he has made many improvements to the disability world and Im sure he will keep up his work. Im also glad that he mentioned that his Department will make sure to remind the president of his commitment to move health reform forward this year.

I believe that the addition of Henry Claypool to the Department of Health and Human Services as a director is a great thing for the Disability Community. Mr. Claypool definitely has the experience under his belt and the fact that he himself has a disability adds to his credibility in that he will be a fighter for the Disability Community. It is good to see that such an individual with remarkable credentials will be heading the Department of Health and Human Services. We can only hope that as director Mr. Claypool will be able to implement new programs that are beneficial to individuals with disabilities. As well as improve programs that are not working the way they intended to do so. Juan N. 4 of 4

This is great news that a person who understands the disability community is going to be the Director of HHS. This is a good sign because only a person who has a disability can help advocate for the disabled. It is about time we see hope and I am currently looking forward to seeing good changes come in the future. I believe that he will be able to fight for the rights of the disabled because he knows what to say and do based on his own personal experience. It is about time that a president looks out for the disabled community and appoints an individual as knowleged and experienced as Henry Carpool. He will definately know how to approach and defend. I am also hoping that makes right choices. Change is coming!

Mr. Claypool sounds like the perfect man for the job. He is a man who is eager to help out others before himself. He sounds like he can become a very positive voice for the office on disability. Especially since he has a disiblity of his own. I am sure that he will prove to everyone that people with disabities can do everything that people who do not have disabilites can.
